I have used Freddie several times. He always makes a painful process easier. Providing consistent updates and being flexible with my busy schedule , he always delivers great customer service. Not only is Freddie wonderful, but the team always does great work and takes care of the insurance companies.

west delray collision center is the best. my husband got in a minor accident and we opted to pay for the damages out of pocket as opposed to going through insurance. everyone at wdcc was helpful, flexible and kind through the entire process. they were quick and responsive with our quote and were ready to take us for repairs the next day. renting a car on site was extremely easy.
they took what is normally a headache process and made it an all around pleasant experience.

THANK YOU to jayda, carol & greg, as well as all of the people who worked on our car, for all of their hard work and kindness.

this will be our new go to body shop.

Absolutely fantastic visits; twice. Ask for Javier B. He will take care of you quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Great operation, everyone knows what they’re doing and very friendly. Good people deserve good things, so Javier and the others deserve a raving review at the very least. I will come here for anything auto related no matter how big or small. They will not turn you down, unlike another place down the street….they want to help.
